Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If it doesn’t feel right, we’ve got you covered with returns and exchanges, under a few simple conditions.

  • You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Every piece is checked carefully before leaving our studio — and again if it comes back. Anything worn, damaged, or not in sellable condition will be sent back to you.

Exchanges

  • We offer one free exchange per order (subject to availability).
  • That said, we urge you to check our very detailed size chart before ordering. It’s there to make life easier for you — and for us.

Prepaid Orders

If you return a prepaid order, you can choose between:

  • Refund to Original Payment Method (Bank/UPI/Card)
    A flat Rs.199 postage fee will be deducted from your refund per order (not per item). Even if your order includes multiple items, only Rs.199 will be deducted once for the entire order. Once your return product has been received and inspected by our team the refund amount will be credited to your original payment source within 5-7 working days.
    Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable for both COD and Prepaid orders.
  • Refund to Elemenoq Wallet
    Get a full refund with no deductions, credited to your Elemenoq Wallet.
    Wallet balance can be used anytime and remains valid for 1 year. If you choose to receive your refund in your Elemenoq Wallet, the amount will be credited instantly after the product passes our quality check.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Partial COD — you only pay a minimal postage fee of Rs.199 upfront to lock your order and pay the remaining balance upon delivery.
  • For returned COD orders, refunds will be credited to your Elemenoq Wallet (valid for 1 year) after deducting the postage fee.

Why So Strict?

  • Our drops are limited — once they’re gone, they’re gone.
  • We’re a new brand, so keeping things tight helps us grow while still delivering quality.
  • We promise to make this policy more flexible very soon.

All the Approved Exchanges and Replacements will be completed and delivered with in 15 business  working days.
